Sapien Tech Predict

One node. A complete early-warning service.

Purpose-built for rotating industrial equipment and backed by people who understand what the signal means on the shop floor.

Sapien Tech Predict Node v32 wireless monitoring sensor
1

Mount in minutes

A compact magnetic node measures vibration and machine temperature. No cabinet work and no complex installation project.

2

Learn each machine

Predict builds a normal operating profile and watches for changes associated with wear, imbalance, looseness and overheating.

3

Act before failure

A real engineer reviews the warning and tells your team what changed, what it may mean and what to check next.

Clear scope before installation

Know exactly what the pilot will prove.

We agree the machines, data route, alert workflow and success criteria before a node reaches the factory floor.

01 / FIT

Assets and installation

We confirm that the selected equipment and mounting points are suitable for vibration and temperature monitoring.

  • Rotating asset shortlist
  • Mounting-point review
  • Connectivity check
02 / DATA

Access and integration

Your team knows where the data goes, who can access it and how it can connect to existing systems.

  • Dashboard access
  • Open MQTT route
  • Deployment agreed for the pilot
03 / ACTION

Alerts and decisions

The pilot is judged on whether warnings are understandable, useful and early enough to support maintenance planning.

  • Engineer-reviewed alerts
  • Maintenance context
  • End-of-pilot evidence review
Current status: product specifications and compliance requirements are confirmed for each pilot and remain subject to engineering validation before production rollout.

Designed to answer the maintenance question that matters: which machine needs attention next?
Start small. Prove the value.

A focused pilot on the machines that hurt most.

No plant-wide commitment. Begin with a small group of critical assets. Scope, timing and success criteria are agreed around your operating schedule before installation.

Plan my pilot
01

Choose 5–10 assets

Select the motors, pumps, fans or conveyors that create the biggest operational risk.

02

Install with a clear plan

Agree mounting, connectivity, access and site requirements before the installation visit.

03

Make an evidence-based decision

Review signal quality, alert usefulness and the case for scaling before any wider commitment.

Buyer questions

What maintenance teams need to know.

Clear answers before you commit time, access or budget to a pilot.

Which machines should we start with?

Choose a small group of motors, pumps, fans, conveyors or other rotating assets where an unexpected stop has a clear production or maintenance consequence. We review suitability before proposing installation.

Will the node require wiring or cabinet changes?

The Predict node is designed for magnetic mounting and wireless operation. Connectivity, access and the final mounting point are checked during pilot scoping.

Who receives an alert and what does it contain?

The workflow is agreed with your team. A meaningful warning is reviewed and translated into plain-language context: what changed, what it could mean and what to inspect next.

Can we access our own data?

Yes. The service is designed around open MQTT data rather than platform lock-in. The exact integration and hosting route is agreed as part of the pilot scope.

How do we decide whether to scale?

The pilot closes with an evidence review covering signal quality, alert usefulness, maintenance workflow and the practical case for extending monitoring to more assets.

15-minute machine review

Show us the machine you cannot afford to lose.

We’ll discuss the asset, your operating context, connectivity and whether a focused pilot is the right next step. No plant-wide commitment.
