We are developing a small British device designed to warn factories about changing machine condition before it becomes a production problem. No roles are open right now, but we welcome interest from people who want to build and validate real hardware and firmware.
When a role opens, the work will be close to the product: assembling, programming, testing and documenting the hardware and platform as they move through engineering validation and customer pilots.
Own a meaningful piece of the device or platform, with a senior engineer reviewing your work and helping you level up fast.
The aim is practical: turn machine vibration and temperature into warnings that maintenance teams can understand and act on.
Finish with a real project you can show off, a reference letter, and a possible path to a full-time role.
