Maintenance first
We plan the service job, the spare and the recovery route before we finalise the machine.

Home / Company
Sapien Tech is a London engineering company. We design storage, transport, picking and monitoring systems around one principle: plan the maintenance before the machine.
Our founder has delivered conveyor and sorter programmes on live logistics sites, and saw how often downtime came from decisions made at the drawing board: assets nobody could reach, single routes with no alternative, failures that gave no warning.
Sapien Tech was founded to build the other way round. Service access, swappable modules, a second route in the control software and condition sensors are designed in from the first layout, not added after handover.
These shape every proposal, every product page and every conversation with a customer.
We plan the service job, the spare and the recovery route before we finalise the machine.
We publish a rating only after it has been tested, and we label every picture for what it is.
The people who design the system are the people who talk to you about your site.
These references guide our safety, access and handling design. No Sapien Tech product is certified yet; conformity is assessed for each product and installation before it is placed on the market.
We report progress in four stages and only claim a stage once it is complete.
Stages, left to right: design, digital prototype, physical test, customer evaluation.
Whether you run a site, supply components or want to build automation that stays running, we would like to hear from you.
