Industries

Designed around your goods.

Every sector stores, moves and maintains differently. Here is where each of our systems fits, and the problems it is designed to solve.

Engineering model render · concept design, not a photograph
E-commerce & 3PL

More order lines from the same building.

Seasonal peaks, many small orders and a building you cannot easily extend. Dense tote storage and goods-to-person picking bring stock to the picker instead of the picker walking the aisles.

Common problems
  • Walking time dominates manual picking
  • Peak labour is hard to hire and train
  • One stopped asset should not stop dispatch
Grocery & cold chain

Fewer people working in the cold.

Chilled and frozen storage is expensive to build, to run and to staff. Automated pallet and tote storage keeps people outside the cold store, while monitoring watches the fans, compressors and doors that keep it cold.

Common problems
  • Short shifts and PPE for frozen work
  • Energy cost of every cubic metre
  • Temperature-critical equipment failures
Manufacturing

Parts to the line, on time, every time.

Production needs the right parts at the right station, and the motors, gearboxes and pumps that drive the line need to keep running. We link stores to the line and watch the critical machines.

Common problems
  • Line-side shortages and manual replenishment
  • Unplanned stops on critical rotating equipment
  • Forklift traffic in production areas
Pharmaceutical & healthcare

Every movement on record.

High-value, regulated stock needs controlled handling and a record of what moved, where and when. The WCS tracks each load and every maintenance action is kept with its evidence.

Common problems
  • Traceability of each load and location
  • Controlled access to stock
  • Documented maintenance and change records
Parcel & distribution

Dock to dispatch as one flow.

Inbound trailers, sortation and outbound loading are often bought separately and fail separately. We plan conveyors, diverters and truck loading as one connected flow with a recovery route at every transfer.

Common problems
  • Manual trailer loading and unloading
  • Sorter jams that back up the whole site
  • Hand-offs between separate suppliers
Process, oil & gas, water

Know which pump to look at.

Rotating equipment on process sites is often remote, hard to reach or unsafe to inspect often. Predict sensors and the site gateway bring condition trends to one view so engineers go to the right asset first.

Common problems
  • Route-based inspections miss developing faults
  • Remote or hazardous locations
  • Many assets, few engineers

Our systems are in development. Sector fit describes the design intent; suitability, hygiene, hazardous-area and regulatory requirements are confirmed for each site.
