Pilot programme · 2026–27

Get the system designed around your site.

We are working with a small group of pilot partners: operators who want early access to new automation and monitoring, engineering time on their own problems, and a say in what we build next.

Two ways in

Start with monitoring or with automation.

Most partners start with one track. Both begin with a site visit and end with a clear decision about the next step.

Predict monitoring pilot

For sites with motors, pumps, fans, gearboxes or conveyors where an unplanned stop is costly. We agree which assets matter, what “early warning” should mean for them and how findings reach your maintenance team.

  • ScopeA short list of critical assets on one site, chosen with your engineers.
  • WhenControlled evaluation begins once VibNode hardware passes physical testing.
  • OutputCondition trends, reviewed findings and a written evaluation report.
Design partnership

Automation design partnership

For warehouses and factories planning storage, conveyors, mobile robots or picking in the next two to four years. We design a concept around your real loads and building, and you help us set the requirements for the machines.

  • ScopeYour goods, volumes, building and maintenance practice.
  • OutputA concept layout, a 3D model of your flow and a business case with stated assumptions.
  • NextPriority access to physical test results and pilot installations.

How it runs

Four clear stages.

Each stage ends with something you can use, and a decision point. You can stop at any of them.

Weeks 1–2

Discovery

Site visit, process and asset walk-through, data you already hold, and what success means for you.

Weeks 3–6

Concept

Layout or monitoring plan, interfaces, service access and a business case with every assumption written down.

When hardware is ready

Evaluation

A controlled trial on agreed assets or a defined area, with measures and safety boundaries agreed in writing.

After review

Decision

Joint review of results against the agreed measures. Proceed, change scope or stop.

What pilot partners receive

  • Engineering time from the people designing the system
  • A concept layout or monitoring plan for your site
  • A business case with assumptions you can check
  • Early access to hardware as it passes physical testing
  • Pilot terms agreed with each partner before evaluation
  • Direct influence on requirements and the product roadmap

What we ask of partners

  • A named contact in operations or maintenance
  • Site access for discovery and, later, evaluation
  • Honest feedback at each review
  • Data about loads, volumes or assets you are able to share
  • Agreement on confidentiality and how results may be used

Places are limited so each partner gets real engineering attention. Evaluation of any hardware follows safety review and is agreed in writing for each site. Taking part does not commit you to a purchase.
