Our equipment

Every machine we are building.

Explore every equipment area and system. Integration is a design aim; each page identifies development status, model assumptions and targets. Pictures are engineering model renders from Autodesk Fusion: concept designs, not photographs.

Sapien Tech magnetic tote floors with four independent loop lift units, two at each end
Digital prototype

Tote storage

We only claim what we have tested. Numbers on each page say if they are a design, a target or a market figure.

Common to every machine

Built the same way.

Every machine follows the same rules, so a site is simple to run and service.

  • One tote, one pallet. 600 × 400 × 280 mm totes and EUR 1200 × 800 mm pallets everywhere.
  • Safety first. Risk assessment, guarding, emergency stops and safety controls are part of detailed design. Conformity assessment is required before supply; no certification is claimed here.
  • Fire safety. Fire protection is coordinated with the fire engineer, insurer and local requirements for the selected goods and layout.
  • Easy to service. Service zones aim to limit disruption. Adjacent operation depends on validated isolation and guarding.
  • Predict inside. Condition sensing is planned where mounting, measurement quality and machine suitability are validated.
  • One dashboard. A shared view of connected equipment, alarms and advisory insights, subject to the agreed interfaces.
  • Modular. Add a module to grow: more levels, more aisles, more robots.
  • Our logo on every part. One supplier, one point of contact.
