The Predict monitoring platform

The right measurement. A clearer next decision.

VibNode starts with wireless vibration and temperature. The wider Predict family adds current, pressure, thermal imaging, ultrasound, oil monitoring and controlled lubrication.

In development. The six devices beyond VibNode are concept designs. The public demo uses simulated data; physical measurement tests come before a paid customer evaluation.

Start with VibNode

A node at the machine. A gateway for the site.

VibNode is battery powered. A compatible site gateway sends its readings to Predict. The wired device concepts have their own power and data arrangements.

VibNode

Collects vibration and temperature readings at the machine. Each node is linked to its machine and measuring point.

  • Machine-level sensing
  • Node identity and machine assignment
  • Battery and reporting status in the platform

Site gateway

Connects the wireless nodes to Predict. Uplink and coverage are checked for each site.

  • Node-to-platform data path
  • Gateway identity and site assignment
  • Mobile data uplink where site Wi-Fi is not suitable

Branded enclosure design. First trials use a commercial gateway. Final hardware and connection type are still being selected and tested.

The VibNode data path

From the machine to your team.

Four parts in the wireless-node workflow. The family page explains the wired device connections.

01 · NODE

Sense

Measures vibration and temperature on the machine.

02 · GATEWAY

Connect

Collects node readings and sends them on securely.

How it works

Four steps from node to repair.

Every finding stays advisory until a person reviews it.

01 · FIT

Attach and identify

Fit the node at a suitable point. Confirm the site, machine and position.

02 · LEARN

Learn normal

Predict builds a 12 or 24 hour baseline for that machine.

03 · EXPLAIN

Show the change

See what moved, when it moved and why it may matter.

04 · ACT

Turn it into work

A reviewed finding becomes a work order. After the repair, a fresh baseline starts.

Predict AI briefing

Plain English. Evidence attached.

Ask what needs attention before the next shift. Predict answers with the machine, the evidence and a suggested inspection.

  • Ranked by urgency. The worst machine comes first.
  • Evidence shown. Every answer links to the readings behind it.
  • You decide. AI supports the decision. It does not make it.

Practical questions

Before a monitoring trial.

Where is the node fitted?

At a suitable point on the machine, such as a motor or bearing housing. Mounting and access are checked for each machine.

What does Predict monitor?

VibNode focuses on vibration and temperature. The wider family has concepts for current, pressure, thermal imaging, ultrasound, oil trends and controlled automatic lubrication. Explore the full family for each device's purpose and development status.

Does it need site Wi-Fi?

No. The gateway uplink is chosen for the site. Mobile data is an option where Wi-Fi is not available. Coverage is checked on site.

Is the dashboard showing real readings?

The public dashboard uses simulated data. The customer portal shows the signed-in account’s own sites. Real readings need an assigned, reporting node.

Where are battery life and range figures?

They depend on the final electronics, reporting rate, radio environment and mounting. We will publish them once they are tested.

Who owns the data?

You do. Hosting, MQTT integration and data terms are agreed during technical and contract review.
